(c) Jobber Software Inc. – scheduling, dispatching, and maintenance recordkeeping (Jobber’s policy prohibits accounts for users under 18 and deletes any under-13 data).

8.3 Communication Tools. Automated reminders or confirmations may be sent through Jobber or Wix Automations. These are operational only and not promotional.

9.2 The Right Shutters is not responsible for the privacy, content, or security practices of external sites.
9.3 Customers are encouraged to review third-party privacy policies when leaving our website.

We align our practices with Florida privacy principles. The Florida Digital Bill of Rights (SB 262) applies primarily to large corporations exceeding $1 billion in revenue and may not apply to our business.
